At Samarpan, we understand that cost is an important consideration when choosing a treatment program. As a premium international rehab based in India, our pricing structure may be different from what you expect — but so is the quality of care we provide.
Unlike general treatment options, Samarpan offers a world-class rehabilitation experience comparable to leading programs in the US, UK, Thailand, and Indonesia. Our clinical team is staffed by internationally recognised specialists, ensuring that every client receives expert, evidence-based care in a supportive environment.
Our residential treatment program begins with a minimum stay of five weeks, with the option to extend up to thirteen weeks, depending on individual needs and progress.
At Samarpan, we are committed to being honest and transparent with our clients. No treatment centre can ethically guarantee that someone will never relapse after leaving rehab. Addiction is a chronic, relapsing condition that requires ongoing care and management. Making promises of “no relapse” would be misleading.
What we can promise is the highest standard of care and support. Our comprehensive residential program, combined with our complimentary continuing care package, equips clients with the tools, structure, and foundations they need to build a lasting recovery.
As India’s leading international rehab, we also offer a unique Relapse Warranty Policy for clients completing our 13-week premium program. If a client experiences a relapse within one year of discharge, they may return for an additional four weeks of treatment at no extra cost (subject to terms and conditions).

Absolutely. In many enquiries, the first point of contact we have is from a concerned family member, partner or a friend. We appreciate a good support system makes a world of difference to an individual’s recovery. You can message us on chat, call us or submit an inquiry form. Our team are compassionate and understand that this is a big step, so we will answer all of your questions and give you helpful information. All of our therapists are English-speaking, as well as Bilingual with Hindi and other Pan Indian languages. If you need to speak to a therapist in a language other than English, please simply ask and we will endeavour to help.
At Samarpan, there are no hidden costs in our pricing. The price agreed includes accommodation and all meals. It also includes all therapy sessions – with a combination of group and one on one therapy. We make the cost all-inclusive so the individual attending treatment, and their family members, can plan finances ahead of time without any surprises. Should a client require medical treatment or want to seek additional health tests while they are in treatment, then there will be additional charges. We do encourage clients to bring some cash for incidentals such as shopping if they need some additional toiletries or want to buy snacks or soft drinks. Cash will be kept in our safe.
