You're not looking for somewhere to hide someone away. You're looking for somewhere that will actually help you or your loved one get better. Here’s what a day at Samarpan looks like: real structure, real honesty, real community, and treatment built around the individual.
If you've made it this far, you probably have the same few questions most individuals and families do before they pick up the phone.
We don't just say we're good at this. Samarpan's Residential program is accredited by CARF International following an external peer-review process against internationally recognised standards.
Each client gets their own therapist, not a slot in a generic program. Together they build a plan around what's actually going on, not a template used for everyone who walks through the door.
Every day here has purpose and structure, with a full programme of therapy, groups and recovery-focused activities. This is active, intensive treatment—not simply free time in comfortable surroundings while waiting for the programme to end.
It varies by person, but Residential programmes are available over 5, 9 and 13 weeks, with the appropriate length discussed with the clinical team. Where someone falls in that range depends on what the clinical assessment finds, not a fixed number handed out on day one.
Real Treatment. Not Just Containment. For us, this has a clear meaning. It is built around four essential elements, delivered consistently, every day.
Every day has purpose and direction, with therapy, groups, and structured activities throughout the day—not empty hours spent simply passing time.
We’ll be clear about what treatment can achieve, and equally clear about what it cannot promise. In return, we ask you to bring that same honesty to your treatment.
Recovery doesn’t happen in isolation. Group work, connection, and shared experience are an integral part of treatment—woven into every day.
Treatment is built around the individual—their needs, circumstances, and goals—not around a standard programme that everyone is expected to fit into.
You don't need a diagnosis or the right words before reaching out. Here's what we treat.
When something that started with a doctor has become something more.
When screens or the internet have quietly taken over.
Getting started is more straightforward than it might feel right now.
A pre-admission assessment gathers background on the situation, often over the phone or remotely, so a lot of your early questions get answered directly.
Your family member is admitted under the oversight of our Consultant Psychiatrist, with medical and safety checks handled from day one.
A full assessment shapes the specific treatment plan going forward, reviewed and adjusted as things progress, not fixed on day one.
You don't have to find out what happened after the fact. With consent, you can be part of assessment, admission, discharge, and the treatment plan itself.
