Evidence Based Treatments Approaches

Samarpan’s primary treatment program is a minimum 28-day inpatient stay, with an additional two months of continuing care post discharge. Often clients benefit from longer stays in treatment, and outcome studies indicate that longer episodes of primary treatment, produce better outcome goals.

We always take feedback from all of our clients on their experience at Samarpan,
here is what some of our clients have had to say

food addiction treatment in pune

“The layout and the approach of the entire centre was excellent, and the food was amazing. I feel that I am in a better place mentally, and I will be continuing with my continued care sessions with the Mumbai program”.

“I had the best experience in Samarpan, came here thinking what rehab was and realized that it was a luxury holiday with sobriety, which made it much easier to be here. The sessions and group activities made it enjoyable,

and my time passed very quickly”.

“Samarpan is an example of how rehab should be. People think of rehab as institutional and restrictive. Life was made very easy for us, and our every need was taken care of. Martin was my saving grace and is the reason

that I am sober. I am very grateful for the entire experience”.

“I love the property and staff, the sessions. The therapy is focused and interesting. I got through a lot of struggles. The people here are helpful and kind. I was helped through a plethora of personal problems. Special thanks

to Martin and the clinical staff for taking care of me with a loving nature”.

“Samarpan has been an incredible journey which will probably be the most important 28 days of my adult life. I wish that I had come years earlier. Martin and Obi you guys rock!! Thank you, and now it’s up to me”.

“Obi and Martin have dedicated their lives to set up rehab centres and to help addicts with a very different approach. It is not like other rehabs in India. It’s not like a jail, like other rehabs I have heard from people who

have gone there. They have been selfless and helping mankind to overcome this disease".

“Martin and Obi, the heart and soul of Samarpan. Thoroughly professional, and it’s because of their program and the tools that I have learnt here has changed my perspective towards the new life I shall begin. The manner of of

each and every person here from sweeper to security to housekeeping to dining staff, and the caring nurses a physical trainer. Impeccable. There were times when I felt offended and insecure, but thinking ahead everything done here and the strategies used for my own good. A bow to all of you at Samarpan.

When I came to Samarpan I was a complete mess. I was in complete mess after spending 7 days in hospital, and I could barely talk and walk. The program with its sessions along with my therapy and Personal training changed a lot

for me. I spent 28 days. It was challenging for me at times, but with a lot of support from the Samarpan team, I left the place a completely changed man.

Having been in and out of treatment of a few rehabs, my faith in recovery and treatment was very low before coming to Samarpan. I am extremely grateful to the team at Samarpan from the kitchen to the clinical staff for the active

roles that they have played in making time. I received the best treatment personalized to my needs with the utmost love and care. A safe and luxurious environment made me feel comfortable and focus on my recovery and mental health. It was a 36o approach to recovery, covering diet, exercise, group activities, yoga and personal therapy sessions. Everything I lost is slowly coming back to me in ways that I could have never imagined in terms of hope, support, love and motivation. I have immense gratitude for the program and staff that work here. They put their heart and soul into their work which has made a huge noticeable difference with a strong foundation of sobriety, confident and equipped with all the tools. I need to lead a happy and sustainable life of recovery.

“An excellent program that gave extreme attention to detail. The staff and therapists were excellent. The experience was life changing, and gave me an excellent base for my ongoing recovery.”

“I am so very grateful a place like this exists in India. I had the opportunity to go anywhere in the world, but did not want to be far away from home, and this place was a god send for people who are exposed to the world outside of India”

“I am 35 now, and I came here at rock bottom. This place in 7 weeks has changed my perspective about myself and life. The program ha left me feeling so much more hopeful from having no hope at all”

“Coming Here helped me realize a lot about myself. I was extremely dependent on Cannabis and I found my light here. Not only was my addiction taken into account, but also other things like my anxiety and depression, and I have found better ways of dealing with it”

“An excellent program that gave extreme attention to detail. The staff and Therapists were excellent. The experience has been life changing and given me an excellent base for my recovery”

“I have been to rehabs before, but in my experience Samarpan has been the most professional, ethical,non-judgemental and respectful institution. The treatment plan has been designed in an evidence based manner and every part of the daily routine has therapeutic interventions”

“The time is spent at Samarpan was not sequential; what mattered most was the quality of engagement. All the tools were not only taught in therapy, but space provided for practical application and resources to assimilate back into my life, and a fair probability of a good, long and fun recovery”
